Splashguard and Lid System

The optional modular Splashguard system is constructed from galvanised steel, is high profile and extremely tough, which helps prevent any spillage or items falling off the main drain tray. The main tray holds up to 120L of waste fluid and disperses quickly, so users can pour fluids into the tray without delay, which is critical for workplace health and safety.

The steel Lid is ideal for outdoor use, or just to keep a tidy waste area. The Lid also fits on top of the Splashguard System.

EZ-Flow’s high-quality construction delivers a product that is built to last. Made in Australia from Australian steel, the EZ-Flow unit sits firmly on top of an IBC. The internal drain grate is made from extremely tough fibreglass, which is not only chemical, oil and water resistant, but also disperses fluid perfectly. The grate can hold drain dishes, oil and fuel filters, measuring jugs and also heavy items such as car, truck and tractor parts (i.e. diffs and gearboxes), while users are draining waste oil, cleaning chemicals and/or water into the IBC. The drain tray and grate can safely hold up to 100kg of weight.
